Our Exceptional Team!

Patrick, Barb, Dr. Milnor, Darbi, and Deb

Patrick helps out with everything but you will frequently see him at the front desk.

Barb is our office manager, financial coordinator, and treatment coordinator.

Darbi and Deb are orthodontic techs and along with Dr. Milnor they help carry out all parts of your orthodontic treatment.


We pride ourselves on using advanced, cutting edge orthodontic techniques while maintaining a small office feel to give our patients more individual attention, more time with the doctor, and to keep parents and patients informed on the progress of their treatment. We enjoy getting to know our patients and their families and establishing long term relationships with them. Individualized treatment is what we specialize in.
