An Investment in Yourself or Your Loved Ones
Cost is an unavoidable factor in getting the smile you or your loved one has always wanted, and we do our best to make this part - along with every other part - as painless as possible. During your initial visit, we can contact your insurance company to determine how much of your treatment will be covered. We’ll also discuss every available payment option and discount that may apply to your treatment. If you ever have a question regarding your account during your treatment, please contact us at (970) 484-3214 and ask to speak to someone who handles billing. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear up any misunderstanding.
If your insurance covers part of your orthodontic treatment, we file every claim and have the payments, sent directly to our office, alleviating you from having to deal with submitting forms and forwarding checks. We’re able to accept benefits from all major dental insurance companies and are currently an in-network provider for Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna PPO, and United Concordia. (Please remember you are fully responsible for the treatment fee agreed upon regardless of insurance coverage.)
FSA and HSA
Many flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs) can be used to pay for braces, Invisalign, or other orthodontic work. We can check with your specific provider to see if these tax-free funds are a payment option for you.
Low down payments or 0% interest are available to those with or without insurance coverage. Be sure to talk to someone on our staff for the specific details of our payment plans. Once a plan is established, automatic withdrawals can be scheduled, making your monthly payments even easier and more convenient.
